Refunds...

Any personalized items will in no case be refundable, ( It's hard to sell a "Joe Smith" customized glove to "Mark Jones" ) Any refunds issued will be at the discretion of a MyOnlineSportsDepot.com representative, however we are in most cases more than happy to work out deals with the customer to refund or replace any defective items.
